ILDIZBOND is steel based roofing tile .Its upper side is covered by coloured chip stone.It can be utilised on any slope 10º to 90º, including mansards. It doesn’t need board covering under tile. Zinc doesn’t have to be used ILDIZBOND on applications. Panels, which are locked vertically and perpendecularly, are nailed by their brows on the laths. 2. ILDIZBOARD has many advantages when used under ILDIZBOND metal tiles.
Advantages are as below:
a. ILDIZBOARD has same shape as ILDIZBOND metal tiles, thus there is no room between ILDIZBOND and ILDIZBOARD.Because of that it is impossible to bend ILDIZBOND metal tiles when walking on it.
b.There are many thiny gaps under ILDIZBOARD to ventilate back face and this prevents humidity.
c. ILDIZBOARD can be produced between 5,5cm to 11,5 cm thickness. İt is used as a regular thermal insulation board
d. There is no need to use battens thus you can save wood and laborship.
e. İt does not allow heat resistence absence because it is installated continously

Then the process is followed by a baked on paint finish coat to the outside surface of gutter. In order to protect the gutter during manifacture and installation, a plastic protection film is applied to exterior surface. When the application is finished, the plastic protection film should be removed
